Worked Well For 8 Months, Customer Service Replaced With New One
This repeater works well. Initial setup didn't take long, especially with WPS; however after 8 months of use, it stopped working and wouldn't reconnect. I contacted the company and they said they will replace it despite it being past the 3 month warranty. I'm giving 5 stars because the product does work well and provided the extra coverage I needed throughout the house, but the customer service went above and beyond to replace the item. Thanks.

Doesn't extend the signal by much at all. And connection very weak and flakey
It doesn't have very good range and puts out a very weak signal when extending a wireless network. The wifi repeater seems to get full network bars and a strong connection to the network but no actual internet access at all. Makes me curious to know what happens if I connect the repeater to the wireless router via cad 5 cable or if I plug it in to an outlet in immediate proximity to the router will it then extend the network signal a further distance than it goes with just the wireless router? Not sure but feel it could be more user-friendly and easily web connectable

Works well as a wireless ethernet connection.
Router on second floor and access needed in the basement. I didn't give the installation much thought, just using the WPS method. Press the WPS button on the router and run to the basement to press the WPS button on the device within two minutes. I did have to log on using the same user and password as the router - easy if you remember it. This is only necessary once, even if you power off the device.

Definitely works!
This wifi repeater works really well for me. I set it up using the instructions that were sent with the device and after a few tries it finally connected to my wifi. Using a speed test app on my phone, I tested before and after the device was installed and the difference was unbelievable. Before the device was installed I had speeds from 7 to 15 Mbps from various locations around the house. After installing the device my 2.4 ghz was reading from 50 to 60 Mbps and the 5 ghz was reading between 100 and 110 Mbps. My wifi is rated as 100 Mbps from the internet provider. this device was only advertised for the 2.4 ghz internet but it increased my dual service. I am extremely satisfied with this product so far.

No more buffering delay
This repeater/extender was difficult to install. The instructions were not clear, and it took hours to figure out how to do the installation. Finally realized that I had to first connect the extender gadget to the router with the Ethernet cable to get it configured. The configuration web page would not load, but finally popped up without explanation, and I could complete the configuration. Once configured, the device could be removed from the router and moved close to the TV and just plugged into an AC outlet. Once done, our problem of persistent rebuffering, particularly with Amazon, disappeared. And you can't beat the price. The name of the extender shows up in the list of WiFi connections as your router name with the extension "_EXT". One thing that I find disturbing and confusing is that a speed check shows download and upload speeds for the extension of only 50% of the original speeds. Bottom line is that the TV buffering problem has disappeared.

Repeater Signal/Connection
The product worked for a few hours, everytime after that it doesn't connect to Wifi. The set was confusing and the direction doesn't really explain all the usage.

It works
Great little thing, wifi signal is now excellent in our room (before I struggled with 1-2 bars wifi, now it's always full reception). Download speed is just as good too (I know this wasn't supposed to be affected), but I was skeptical anyway). Setup is super easy - just plug in to wall socket and after some very simple laptop configuration one's all set! On the not so good side, I had to reset the device once though (it just wasn't working fine after a power outage). Pretty happy in general with this purchase thus far.

Decent Price, Not Ugly, But Endless Frustrations & Never Worked Right
I had to get a range extender in my Long Island NY home just to feed a frustrating iComfort wireless thermostat which was the only device in that corner of the house that would "see" my wireless networks at 2 bars or so strength but never connected right. I hated having to get yet another device just to feed a poorly designed other expensive device. So I decided to go with this decently priced tolerable looking unit. But that is all of its goodness. It was a nightmare setting it up and after one set up after which it did not work, I had to reset it about half a dozen times and NEVER got a connection back. I sent this back and got a slightly more expensive but awesome other brand. Maybe it will work for some people, I just could not get it working.
