I love the concept of a reusable pourover device, but this design is not the one you want. There is a much touted, laser-punched second filter; however, finely ground coffee gets lodged between the two filters where it is impossible for you to clean, thus clogging the filter and making it impossible for coffee to drip through. In the end, I took a set of pliers and steel cutters to rip off the fine mesh filter, so what I'm left with now is something I can use in my Chemex or in the stand it comes with, but I have to use a paper filter along with it. This defeats the purpose.

Worked well for a few weeks. Now it's dripping ridiculously slowly... so slow that my water is room temperature by the time it's done.

Great to use for making single serving coffee. Have been regularly making coffee every morning for about 3 months now and this product is great. It's nice not to have to use any paper filters. I'm not the biggest coffee connoisseur, but it definitely tastes better than the coffee from my drip machine. Easy to wash and nice design!!

Perfect to savor coffee Sourh American style. The spiral base is very convenient, it lets me move the cone effortlessly and without risking to burn my hands

Stopped working effectively (it takes forever to drain coffee now even after I scrub it between every use). Not sure if the unit is defective or the product is just poorly constructed. Unfortunately the return window has passed, so I am stuck with it.

Makes really good coffee and gives you full control. Don't place this above your cup (it will drain way to fast), place this INSIDE your cup. Bring water to a boil. Let cool 40 seconds. Pour over freshly ground coffee insider the dripper (submersed INSIDE your cup). Wait 4 minutes. PERFECT EVERY TIME.
