I love these! I wanted to try out new supplements for my son who is 11 and on the autism spectrum. He is severely affected and has many health issues. Because of his picky eating habits and sensory issues, I open the capsules and place it in his food and even milk. So far so good with him taking them. I also purchased their other supplement for gut health called Belly Great because he is always backed up and I am noticing a difference there too.I love that many of the ingredients in Hello Health's line are very good for children with autism. In particular vitamin D3, Omega 3 fish oil, methyl folate as well as the anti-inflammatory ingredients like frankincense and turmeric.I highly recommend you give these a try!

I’m so excited that this product is available! Instead of the cocktail of vitamins and supplements I’ve been taking, and all of the bottles cluttering my counter, I can now take one capsule that in one dose combines so many of the elements I’d been trying to capture (quality omegas, olive, oregano), and even a few extras that I had been wanting to add, but just couldn’t handle another bottle or pill (turmeric, frankincense)! Together with their “Belly Great” prebiotic/probiotic it’s the total package in two easy capsules and two compact bottles. We gave them to our 6 year old with OCD, we also give her Creekside anxiety comfort and she has done therapy as well so not sure what has the best effect but the combination definitely helped. She has much less symptoms (intrusive thoughts) and is much more peaceful. Her teachers at school said she has excellent behaviour and they could not tell she has OCD or any anxiety issues.
