Versatile, much loved and used
Love it! Baked pizza, tarte flambé, baguette, danish and all kind of other goodies on it. I like that it doesn’t look messy after a couple of uses like the unglazed regular pizza stones. It’s easy to clean and no problem to bake savory and sweets on it as it doesn’t soak up flavors. This is a smaller size and it fits in my convection toaster oven. Nice improvement and so much better outcome versus baking on a sheet.

This is the perfect size for one person
This is the perfect size for one person. I used the stone in a gas oven. I preheated it at 500 for 20 minutes. Then I rolled out the dough, so all told this was in the oven for 30 minutes. I put the pizza in and left it at 500. The pizza with, fresh made sausage and pepperoni, cooked in 12 minutes with a nice golden color for the cheese. The crust was crispy and even. It was every bit as good as a pizza place. I only include real pizza places in that comment. Pizza hut, little skeezers and dominos are nothing more than garbage, not pizza.

Excellent quality!
Great quality! Used a plastic scrapper to remove the unusually large sticker on front. Used Bar Keepers Friend and a non-scratch scrubber on the glue and it came right off. The stone bakes great, love the handles, and nothing sticks. Love using it!

Worked great. Wanted smaller size
We have the 14" version. Worked great. Wanted smaller size. It came broken. Returned for replacement. Shipping box was not damaged in any way, do how item was damaged.

I am very pleased with this stone
I am very pleased with this stone. I purchased this to make pizza in my small kamado grill and it does a fantastic job. It appears to be more dense than my other stones and this makes it ideal for trapping and maintaining high temperatures. I bake my pizzas at ~650 deg.F. for ~4-5 minutes. The coating on this stone also makes for easy clean up. 5 star plus!

Great for a Boat!
We use it on a small BBQ on our boat with ready made pizza shells (and other food like veggies & steak) and it's perfect. Just don't move until it's cooked down, it holds the heat well. If I'm cooking cheese type items I'll often give a light dusting of flour first for very easy clean-up.

Excellent Pizza Stone
This is my second Emile Henry pizza stone. This is the smaller 10 inch stone that I use on my small bbq in the RV and the large 14 inch I use at home. You can not go wrong with Eile Henry products.
