I ordered this sleeping bag but do not see the draw string bag that it comes with. Is it wrapped inside the sleeping bag?

To be honest I don't know. they were both in the same box. I didn't want to open and unroll because I wanted them to be easy to wrap. I'd like to think they are wrapped in the draw string bag but don't really know.

Can this be washed (by hand or washing machine)?

Not sure about washing. It is VERY thin. I bought it for a grandson for slumber parties. I am not sure it will hold up through many washings.

what is the lowest temp this is rated for?

I would not recommend this for outdoor camping in chilly weather. I would suggest warmer summer nights or use for slumber parties.

My grandson was so excited to get this sleeping bag, he LOVES super heroes (like all boys) and he is SO proud of this sleeping bag!.He had to put it on the floor and try it out while watching a movie.
