I am so happy with this TENS unit! It's easy to use, holds a charge for a very long time, several different modes to choose from and you can select the length of time you wish to use the unit with auto shut off. Customer service followed up on my purchase to see if I was satisfied. I am very satisfied, but had one small issue with one of the lead wires not connecting well to the pads. Customer service replied promptly and immediately sent me new leads. I am a happy customer!

Works as described
Works well, once you are hooked up, but difficult to do so when applying to the back. Pads can't touch one another. Otherwise, works as described.

I got free shipping and received my purchase right away. I wanted to try it out before I gave a review. I have to say Brown Castel products is better then anything else I have used. The Therapeutix Electrode Pads I ordered have more gel and are much bigger then other electrode pads I've seen on the market. I am very happy with my order!!Thank you!Sophia L.

Arrived quickly and they stick a lot better than the other pads I had. I also love that they have a pull tab so you don't touch the sticky part.

I love it
Best thing I've done for my back. After long 12-13 hr shifts in the ER, my back feels tight. After showering, I put it on & go to bed (& usually fall asleep wearing it). It has prevented my bulging disc from recurring. No lotion (or analgesic cream) before applying pads or they will not stick. Nothing helps like this does.

This unit was worth every penny,. The only complaint I have is I wish it was easiier ito change massage modes.

Doesn’t charge now
Pretty good while it lasted but now it doesn’t charge and I BARELY USED IT!! i just pulled this thing out the closet and it worked fine but i tried multiple chargers and nothing charges

This unit is great. I researched Tens units for some time now and am so glad I ordered this one. It is easy to use and offers loads of options.The quality is amazing!I am also impressed with the follow-up by the seller to make sure I am happy with the product.
