Great motion night light. We use ours in the hallway so the side motion detectionability is limited to say 20 degrees on either side of the sensor. haven't tried it in the bathroom yet.

Compared to their other taller motion sensitive nightlight, this one is superior in design and function. I returned the other model because it did not illuminate the area enough due to the slim edges of light and the inefficient design and placement of the plug far from the unit's edge only allows for one unit to be plugged in per double outlet. This model is shorter and the plug is closer to the edge which allows another appliance to be plugged into the other wall outlet. This light is bright enough at night to even brush your teeth without needing to turn on the bathroom light switch and it stays lit as long as you are moving in front of it. The bedroom area is also safer to walk through without turning on the light switch at night and will turn off when it no longer senses movement.

These have made my like do much better. They do perfectly exactly like it said.

Love these lights!! I don’t need to leave larger lamps on during the night. These are perfect night lights that come on automatically when they sense movement. Perfect for getting up in the wee hours of darkness and taking a stroll to the restroom or throughout the house. They stay on for a minute or so then turn off when motion is no longer detected. Perfect amount of light. I have these in every room and feel completely safe walking around the house without tripping on unforeseen objects in my path.

Overall a nice basic light. The most annoying downside is that the motion sensor has a narrow angle. I have one installed in my bedroom which works fine since I approve from the front. The one in the hallway doesn't turn on at the right time since you approach it from the sides.
