Bought to replace old and seized hardware and it is excellent quality. Very simple to fit and when the pins are inserted gives good resistance to allow the gate to close itself that can be adjusted to suit.All materials used seem to be strong and sturdy as do the fixings that came in the kit.Has been installed for quite sometime now and has not shown signs of rust of corrosion so am very happy with it.

For the price, this gate latch is of good quality and does the job. Simple to fit which took less than 10 minutes. Thank you

Brilliant did wot it said closes itself

The media could not be loaded.  This is a great set, easy to install (if you have enough hands!) The screws that cam with it were good quality, the spring is doing it’s job and closing the gate with a satisfying click as it gets to the latch.The hinges did squeak a little when I first hung the gate but nothing a spray of WD40 couldn’t resolve. I’m v happy with the results.

The latch Is a standard garden fence latch and the mechanism works well once installed. However the joint that keeps the latch in place is very weak - if I tried, I could easily break it with my hands. Plus when I received the item, it had rust (see photos). I didn’t bother returning it as I wasn’t super fussed but if you care about the sturdiness, perhaps look elsewhere.
