Can it be used to remove light scratch from piano black acrylic interior?

This kind of 're-hydrates' the plastics, dont remember it having any abrasive qualities when i used it. Made a great job of 're-blacking' the plastic though.

Will this work on faded / blotchy window rubber seals?

Yes I was amazed how good rubber and plastic looked after using it. Seatbelt parts too.
