Super easy to use, I do suggest cutting a large ziplock bag to put dough in, much easier to pull off press

Awkward build.
Arrived missing handle bolt. Ordered a substitute. The handle doesn’t close on the press, at most it’s 75 degrees from the flat press when closed. Very awkward.
