Perfect mix
So pleased I found this mix of VitaminD +k2. It is a very good mix for releasing into the body. The K2 helps the vitamin D to be used by the body better. Good quality and will buy again.

The vitamin we don't get enough of in the UK (vit D), combined with the K2 which helps stop the extra calcium absorbed (as a result of additional vit D) from building up in your vessels. This combination is good for bones, skin, muscles, mood, hair, immune system, brain and heart. I'm no expert, so please do your own research, but I am very happy with the results. I did have a blood test before taking these and my vit D levels were low, despite what I thought was average sunlight exposure. Now my levels are normal.
