Is there any soy in this oil? I've read about the hidden soy in many olive oils.

I didn't detect any soy in Olio Carli Olive Oil, but then I'm not an expert either. However, I love the taste of this olive oil brand, and I recommend you try it. When I taste this olive oil, it experience a tiny soreness in my throat that tells me this is real olive oil. I pour this olive oil in a lot of my cooking and especially in my salads. I even take a bottle Olio Carli Olive Oil to Zaxby's Restaurant to pour on their Zalads. This is real olive oil, trust me.

A bit pricey but good!

Great olive oil to eat with aged balsamic and bread; tastes a bit different though from the one directly obtained from Italy, bought in Canada…? Used to have more of a nutty, rich flavor. Would still recommend!
