Just be aware that in order for these to work properly, you need to have a gap so that the window can ride up onto the stopper. My Windows do not have a gap (see picture), so all it's doing is butting up against the stopper - which will work as long as the stopper holds in place. I'd imagine that perhaps a grown up could ram the window into it with enough force to knock the stopper off, but I don't think my child can.If my window was made differently, these would be great.

Are not made of the best quality and i tried punching the window with the wedge installed and it did not stop the window from riding up.

These are so easy to install, and they really work! I used them to replace window stoppers that could only be uninstalled using a screwdriver. They were very secure, but not safe in the event of an emergency requiring that I get out the window fast. These solved that problem, and I'll use them on all my windows!

put them on the windows, tried raising the windows, windows raised almost as if they didn't have these stoppers in them. Hopefully the four year old won't have enough strength to push the window up enough to then fall out the window.Well done, guys. Make a product that doesn't do what you say it'll do, but take people's money anyway.

The velcro stickers keep falling off the wedge side since installation not even 2 months ago. It's happened to 3 windows where I'll find the wedge on the ground, or my toddler will bring them to me. Very concerning. Must be why these are so cheap.

Works well if your window has the cut-outs in the correct place. Only one of my windows did and they are new windows. Otherwise if you don't have that where you window slides over the wedge, with force it can opened.

An added security feature for my windows. If I were able to make a few changes I'd do something to the surface so it's not so slick, and lengthen the velcro.

Love, love, love this product. We have 3 little ones and lots of floor to ceiling windows on the second floor. These window stops were installed in seconds and can easily be removed in case of emergency or if our guests would like some fresh air, but are tough enough to prevent our little ones from pulling them off. You can adjust the installation to allow windows to open any amount you would like.
