Sight Reading Trainer: (more than just specimen sight reading tests) Paperback – June 17, 2020

I bought this book for my son as an extra practice for his grade 3 ABRSM exam. He never did the sight reading exam before so it is really helpful for him to gradually build up sight reading skills. Thanks for all the tips in the book!

Excellent book, I like that the exercises are not limited to C major, which makes it very appealing. I completed the first level rather quick and then went on trying to play some basic pieces, and the learning from the book definitely helped. I wish there was some part 2 or 3 of this method.

The has very important and helpful tips to improve your sight reading. I have only skimmed through it but I can tell it’s quite thorough.Minus a star for the quality of the book. Neither the cover nor the pages have much quality. I hope this stays together, and probably will because I really take care of the books I buy. For the price, it should have better paper for sure.

This book was recommended by our piano teacher. I found the content is good but the print/font is way too small even for a kid with good eye sight. This definitely does not help with kids’ short attention span for learning piano.

This is an excellent book. It appears very humble on the outside. But inside, it's full of very useful information on piano geography and how to locate notes by memory without having to see the keyboard. It's especially helpful for beginning students that need help in this area to gain confidence and mastery.

This book gets you using the piano keyboard the right way, without looking at the keys and by developing feel for the keys.

the notes are too small and some pages are blurry, a real strain on the eyesotherwise a good practice book that introduces key signatures
