2020 Ford Lincoln A11 Navigation SD Card | Latest Update | Ford Navigation Card for USA and Canada GM5T-19H449-AE

Not sure where this came from or why it's so cheap compared to getting it from Ford. But I can say it works and it has solved some problems I had navigating in areas with a lot of new construction.All that's needed to install is to replace the SD card already installed in your vehicle with this new one. I don't know where your SD card is, but on my Ford Fusion it's in the center console next to the USB port.If your nav system is a few years old and you still use it, I recommend this update.

I plugged the new map update and the vehicle's navigation system popped up a message stating insert a valid SD Card. Reloaded the old one and everything worked fine. Verified vehicles navigation system was operating latest software. I have requested a replacement and when it comes in and works I will change my rating.UPDATE: New SD card arrived quickly and when plugged into the vehicle's navigation system everything worked as it should. Entered an address and a route was plotted and done in a timely manner. I would have rated it 5 stars, but seeings how the first one arrived DOA it got 4 stars.

Bought this to update the map in my 2013 Ford Edge. I had to look up the install directions online and it took some fiddling but this works great.That being said the first one I. Got was defective and didn’t work at all. Started a return and the vendor sent the second card very quickly. Just be aware that if it doesn’t work, you may need to return for another.

This is not necessarily the product's fault, but nowhere in my 2015 Ford F-150 Lariat's manual, or in the package the chip arrived in was there an instruction clearly stating that the vehicle should be shut down and re-started in order to initialize the A11 map. It only took me a minute or so to figure this out, but... Other than that, the price and functionality of the A11 map is great. As for accuracy: it's a GPS, and assuming the data is derived from official sources, only stuff that wasn't reported before the database was published should be not right.

Ordered this card to replace an a8 card that was also cheap. I suspect it a duplicate of the real card verses a genuine ford card. There was no ford packaging included. Just like the a8 card I put it in a card reader and made an img of it for backup in case the sd card fails prematurely and I also scanned it for viruses (it was clean). In any case it beats paying the crazy high price ford charges.

My neighborhood was finished being constructed back in 2016, this card does not have my 5 year old neighborhood on it. Still have to use my google maps on my phone for accuracy. However it does have newer round abouts that were put in a few years ago.

This was totally worth it. I can now see highways that were hidden, I now have color even where I didn't on the map when it splits to the actual road vs the map. Another feature I like with this update is the ease of starting my destination trip after I enter the address. Much easier to start and also to stop the directions. Another added bonus I found is when I connect my phone , my car now reads text messages! Very cool. So I can talk to text and my car will read me what someone writes back.

Update: (2/9/21) when I bought the SD Nav card from Ford I now noticed that there were some differences. One, the fonts were different sizes. Two, the color of said fonts were also different. Three, the lock and unlock switch was also a different color. I’d be very careful when buying this Nav Card! I do wish I’d had a photo of this one to show.Update: (2/8/21) Buy from the dealership is $162. The amount includes tax.I have a 2013 Ford Edge with the myFordtouch system. When seeing the SD Card from Ford is $149 and this one is $45 it seemed to me to be a steal! However, upon receiving the SD card, it was not recognized by the system. Thought perhaps I received a faulty one just by chance. Called and got a replacement sent out. Received that one and the same issue occurred with the system not recognizing the SD card.Description says that it would work with my vehicle but it did not. System is up to date with the latest software. If I want to get an updated Navigation card, it looks like I'll have to take it to Ford and have them be the one to handle it. Just keep in mind that it may not work with your vehicle.
