Aviko mashed potatoes and gratins are endorsed by the Craft Guild of Chefs. Gluten free and suitable for vegetarians. Each catering pack is 1.5kg. - Oven: Preheat the oven at 220°C. Spread the preferred quantity equally on the baking tray and place the tray in the middle of the oven. Bake the gratin 20-25 minutes. Absolutely delicious. 5 Star.
Arrived perfectly packed and frozen solid. They were delicious, the flavour of the potatoes, cheese and cream all came through together great, they were so tasty. If you’re hesitating don’t, you won’t be disappointed, the quality is 5 star. Definitely high end Restaurants standard and not what I expected at all. (I turned mine over when they had been in oven 3/4 of the time which browned them perfectly.) They will be a regular on my shopping list now.
