Update: the seller reached out quickly and sent me new ones. They are lovely and more of what I was expecting. I’ve had them for a few months now and they still look great! Love them!First pic is the first batch, second pic shows the new ones. You can definitely see the difference.—————————————————————The stems are not full. I had them out in the sun for about 7hours, fluffled up with hair dryer in low coolsetting. Only 2 of the stems are semi full but not even like in the pic, and the others have alopecia :(Will have to return. Bummer

As someone who works in an event space, I’m always on the search for inexpensive yet quality decor products. These dried palm leaves absolutely fit the bill! I have used them for so many different events & am amazed at how seamless they work in any occasion. Some concepts we’ve used are: in a vase, on a table scape, tied with ribbon & hung on the wall, scattered throughout a pop up booth, etc. Seriously, the options are endless! I also want to point out that these are extremely durable palms & have an amazing organic texture! You can see that each palm is varying in color, pattern & height- which helps them provide a natural finishing touch in any aesthetic. If you’re on the fence about this product- buy it & thank me later!!

I ordered this item the first time in March and was very happy with the quality. The ones I received in March are the 5 stems pictured on the right. I loved them so much that I ordered more this September; the exact same product from the same seller. The ones I received today are the 5 stems on the left. Both orders are brushed out and have sat in the sun. When I ordered this product for a second time, I expected the SAME COLOR, same size, shape, fullness etc. what I received today seems like a MUCH cheaper and low quality version. You’ll notice they are skimpy on the grass, an entirely different shade (cream instead of taupe), and the stems are much thinner. I feel like I need I’ll now need 2 bunches just to fill out my vases. For $40 I could have found much better elsewhere and am just so disappointed. Unless this was some kind of fluke order, save your money and buy somewhere else.

After alot of research and reading reviews, I think it's important to keep in mind that real pompas grass is a natural plant....Not all of them will be exactly the same size/consistently. The stalks I received were exactly what I expected, and I'm happy with my purchase!

When I received these I tried to fluff them in the sun and I live in Florida *bright sun* and I didn't see much of a difference. So, I searched on Google for ideas on fluffing.Using a hair serum to tame frizz like Moroccan hair oil or bio silk (which I used) help soften the grass. After that I used the blow dryer, on high, not low and it fluffed up very well.Customer service was wonderful also! I ran into a few that didn't really fluff out but they were more then helpful!I love my Pampas grass, it adds so much texture and warmth to my home! ❤️

The media could not be loaded.  I initially wrote a bad review because i received damaged broken pampas in really bad condition, then to my surprise, a few days after I returned them I received a new package with a fresh bouquet of pampas, and a letter from the owner sending his apologies, I received enough pampas that I split them into two vases, and this is one of them. They were fresh out of the box and only had to take some air for a couple minutes so they could spread properly. I love them, they match perfectly with my boho decor and I really appreciate them taking the time to send me a letter, thats great customer service and I'm definitely coming back to buy more :)Thank you Mr Jonny
