These warm white LED bulbs are great. The light is a bit brighter than 40 watt clear incandescent bulbs. The heat from the incandescents (16 of them) was a constant source of angst for my wife when putting on makeup or fixing her hair. These simply do not generate any heat. And they will last so much longer. Love that they are dimmable.Update 6/03/17EVERY one of the 15 bulbs I purchased has burnt out in less than four months. I began replacing each with GE LED bulbs and not one GE has burnt out in the ensuing months.

Wanted warm white and 40-60 watt equivalent light output. These bulbs are warm white and in the 40 watt range equivalent, but their longevity was a huge disappointment. They are LED's and advertised as having a "20 year life span. Ordered this 6 pack for a 2 light fixture just less than 3 years ago. The last one just gave up the ghost today. They all start flashing off and on at a rapid pace. OK if you want a strobe light effect, but not so much if you are preparing a meal.

Light looks nice and bright. I wanted white light vs warm light so this fits the bill. However, these dimmable bulbs didn't completely turn off; it remained on at the lowest dimmed level even in the power off position. Very irritating because it was like having a night light in the ceiling 24/7. My ceiling light used 3 bulbs and I tried 4 of 5 that came in the pack in varying combinations and the issue persisted. I finally stopped by Ikea and bought their dimmable LED bulbs and they shut off completely and properly. This is not an issue with my ceiling lamp or the dimmable wall panel.

Fit as it should. Instant turn on bulb. Was more white than a warm white edison bulb but that didn't matter to me. Wasn't a cool color and that's really what I wanted. LED on the left, edison on the right in the picture.If you're looking for a very warm bulb, this isn't it.

These bulbs were really bad. I installed these at the end of 9/2016 and approximately 2 of 5 failed (flickered on and off constantly) on 1/2017, another 2 of 5 failed on 3/2017. I'm expecting the next one to go shortly.Average use per day is about 3 hours, so these were only on for roughly 400 - 500 hours before failure. Pretty dismal lifespan especially for the price.

Short life. Two of five failed within the first year, the third failed at 16 months. Good color and nice shape for the fixture, but far outweighed by the short life.

Had one of the bulbs go out within 24hrs of getting them.

These bulbs were working great with a conventional on/off switch. But when I put in a Zooz Zen27 Zwave dimmer, the lights won't turn off fully even when the dimmer is set to full off. The lights still glow in a fixture with 6 of the bulbs. The Zooz dimmer has worked fine with all my other LED lights. Very frustrating.
