My husband uses this for work and he loves it. He said it makes his day so much easier! It was fairly easy to assemble. When it arrived, the handle was messed up so I wrote the seller. They responded immediately, apologized, and sent us a new piece right away! Great customer service!

I haven't used it yet but a plate came bent and assembly was a pain. Mine came in 3 boxes which is entirely unnecessary. Assembly was a pain but it seems like a good cart. I put my manual wheelchair on it and it did great. It is kinda heavy though.Edit. I sent it back. It was way to heavy to be practical for regular use

I bought this for my daughters upcoming move. My husband put it together with no problems. He and I were impressed with the durability. It was a “ good” buy ‼️

Don't buy this! The directions are almost nonexistent, the screws won't fit. I had to use the pictures showing it on Amazon to figure out assembly. In addition, it will wreck your stairs. I used it to bring up a matress (110 lbs.) I could see it leaving marks on each step. Also, there is no free return.

The dolly itself is pretty cool, I used it at an angle with the outreached leg to pile boxes and it was nice to not carry the weight myself. I have not used it to climb stairs yet.The assembly was one of the worst assembly projects I’ve ever encountered. The directions were almost non-existent and I could not find any videos on YouTube for help.

I noticed the pivot shaft was going to cause some wear so I put a dab of grease on during assembly. Should extend the life.

I was thinking i could stack water on this and go up 2 flights of stairs, i was wrong. Even though its rated for over 100lbs, 2 grown men struggled to get it up the stairs. It works good though for lighter loads.

Just put it together. Looks flimsy, not at all rugged. Comes with two extra wheels presumably because they break. I hope it will last through a single move. Would look elsewhere.
