It was my first ever contactless thermometer and I am absolutely happy with my purchase. Obviously, the main thing that someone would be worried about before buying such a product is the reliability of the readings. However, this device seems to be very accurate and reliable. On top of that before buying, I didn't even realise that it would give not only body temperature but also room or surface temperature too. Both latter readings seem to be spot on as well. Finally, the device came with all docs and easy to understand user manuals as well as a sleeve to store it when not needed. Happy.

Was looking for a pocket friendly and reliable digital infrared thermometer.I must say.. Really pleased with this product.Its a very small and lightweight but effective.Reading possible in Fahrenheit and celcius.User it on my infant and the reading was as accurate as the traditional underarm thermometer.The package contains the unit with a nice cover and also two AAA batteries.Easy to use. Reading possible in 1 sec. Memory recall available too.Hope the product lasts for long.Would definitely recommend.

I have seen people moan that this type of thermometer varies in it's readings. This gives accurate and precise temperatures EVERY TIME (when you hold it at the correct distance). This thermometer has an easy to read display in Celsius or Fahrenheit. It is remarkably easy to use with large buttons and a memory function as well. It feels well built and is easy to hold (my dad has gout in his fingers and even he can use it easily). A great piece of kit to have in your medicine cabinet. I would happily get another. Oh and finally, if you let the manufacturers know your order number, they extend your warranty and are very easy to communicate with.

i am satisfied with this purchase , nicely packaged and good built, simple to use and above all its accurate, i previously had to return a similar product due to varied result on each check up. this one does the job and its handy to have specially now a days. function wise its fairly straight forward and also provides surface temperature which is plus. instructions are easy to follow as well.overall satisfied and would recommend.

Absolutely brilliant product, comes with batteries and its own pouch.Easy to read instructions.Of course I was taking the families temperatures immediately, there is a small green light which shows you where you're aiming at and the speed of the reading is seconds.You can take the temperature of the surrounding area should you need to, change the reading between c and f and can turn off the audible beep should you feel the need.Fantastic addition to my medicine cupboard!
