BYD CARE KN95 Respirator, 20 Pack with Individual Wrap, Breathable & Comfortable Foldable Safety Mask with Head Strap for Tight Fit, GB2626 compliant with Filter Efficiency ≥95%

This mask is my go-to for everyday use, especially when I need to be indoors with people. It feels substantial and high-quality, with the lot number and GB2626-2006 printed on the outside of each individually wrapped mask. Unlike most KN-95 masks which have earloops, the behind-the-head straps on this mask are a game changer. I am able to get a great seal, my glasses don't fog up anymore, and I don't have sore ears. The straps might be a bit tight if you have a really big head or a lot of hair, but that could be a plus since a good seal is desirable.

This BYD KN95 mask is nearly identical in performance and features to BYD N95 mask (the blue one), with the obvious difference that it's white in color and it's not an N95 mask. Other than that, I can't tell these masks apart. The main reason for my 4-star rating is that this mask fits pretty tight. On my face, it feels especially tight on my cheekbones and on the bridge of my nose. This is OK if you're only wearing the mask for short periods of time, like an hour or so, but if you plan to use it for, say, an international flight or other situations where you'll have to wear it for hours on end, it'll probably start bothering you. Other than that, this mask forms a good, tight seal on my face and keeps air out, when worn correctly. The elastic bands are sturdy and long enough to keep the mask in place without causing any discomfort or pain. I can only detect a very slight new fabric odor when I first put the mask on, but it fades quickly and it doesn't bother me at all. These masks are individually wrapped, which makes them portable, practical and sanitary. I recommend this KN95 mask for everyday use.

If you can’t stand the ear elastics of masks, this may work. Great for the larger heads because ear elastic may not be long enough. If you have to wear a mask you might as well be comfortable!

These masks fit as well as N95 respirators for half the cost. They provide an excellent seal, although they can be uncomfortable for long periods of time. They are built for wider faces like mine, so I use them any time I go out. They are some of the best masks to avoid glasses lens fog, but I find that fitting a paper earloop-style mask over them is the only way to avoid it completely.

Do not but these!! Save your money because they’re not returnable. They are so tight on my face and I don’t even consider myself to have a large head. What makes it terrible is that the bottom strap is essential doing nothing and all the pressure is in the top strap. It pulls so hard on the top of the face that it feels like it’s cutting off circulation. Would never, never recommend these.

The price was great for kn95 masks, I also liked having over the head straps so it doesn't interfere with my hearing aids. But it was so tight fitting it became uncomfortable.

We were a bit unsure since new product and reviews were sparse, but with more transmissable Covid19 variants coming to the US we wanted better protection. Most N95 masks are reserved for healthcare and cost an arm and a leg, so we felt lucky to find N95 masks, especially at such a bargain price.The mask construction is solid with a nice thick metal nose plate to reduce nose leakage and nice tight fit around the perimeter. They have ear loops which are much easier to put on and take off than head /neck straps, and 4 ply construction with two center layers of paper mesh and outer layers of thin mesh. My wife liked the heavy filtration for short trips to the store, but they were a bit too restrictive for my all day use, so I carved off the inner two layers at the bottom breathing zone to improve breathability and reduce my glasses from fogging. They also have a bit of medical odor so you may want to leave them out to off-gas for a while before wearing. A few of the ear loops broke off, but it has only happened once out of first 12 masks. After I reattached with Goop it is better than new.Overall we are happy with our purchase, especially considering the alternatives.

I was looking forward to the two head bands (versus the ear loops) because they are more comfortable. Unfortunately, the elastic bands on these masks are too tight and they are not adjustable. As a result, the mask is very uncomfortable and feels like it’s going to pop off my face at any second. It might be the placement of the staples securing the bands to the mask which causes the bad fit. When I wear the mask, the top band is way too tight while the bottom strap is too loose and falls onto my neck. The metal at the nose is the stiffest one of the three KN95 masks I’ve purchased this year. When I have the mask on, it’s really tough to mold the metal to my nose.I’m 5’6”, 140 pounds and have a normal sized head. Maybe these masks are ideal for people with smaller sized heads? Disappointing.
