These capsules are easy to swallow. It seems to have all the right ingredients to help lowering blood sugar. The bottle is nicely sealed for freshness.One thing I now go for is vegan capsules and this product is perfect.Mine comes with a shelf life of just 33months so it’s plenty.

These apple cider vinegar pills come as 120 on the box & you take 1 either 2 to 3 times to a day. They do come in a capsule which is quite big but they are easy enough to get over. There is also no scent or smell. I have been taking the maximum dose of these & so far I’m sure they are doing anything but it is early days & I will update my review at a later date

Helps curb my sugary cravings throughout the day.Also if you're a person who needs help going to the toilet, these may actually help to get you going daily.Very happy with these capsules.

Arrived in a non see through container with labelling on the sides. The capsules are a reasonable size, so had no issues swallowing them. Just make sure you take with adequate amount of water. I took 2 tablets a day (breakfast / dinner).Had no adverse reactions. Helps with lowering blood sugar effects which is great when trying to reduce body fat. Helped with the feeling of fullness too and packed full of health benefits. Great product.

Apon opening the bottle I noticed there was a strong oder to the capsules (apple cider vinegar smell) so I was worried that would be noticable when taking them however they dont cause a nasty after taste or reflux. The capsules are nice and easy to swallow. I have definitely noticed increased energy levels and also seen an increase in the speed of weightloss. Very good price for the performance. Highly recommend.

I've taken cider vinegar for many years, so don't mind the taste too much, but it does rather linger.These capsules have a faint smell of cider vinegar to them in the packet, but have absolutely no taste and more importantly no after teste either.Liquid cider vinegar has some advantages, such as contraction of the stomach when taken cold, but these tablets have their advantages too. Not least is the fact this I don't suffer heartburn at all after taking these, something that I have sometimes with the liquid form.Taking one capsule 2-3 times a day means they'll last 1-2 months which is quite expensive, but not much more than bottled cider vinegar. If you don't like the negative aspects of the liquid form, this is a great alternative.
