Good product

I haven't been able to digest fruits and vegetables all that well without stomach pain for some reason, the doctors can't figure out. So I started taking these! They don't not hurt my stomach, and are easy to swallow. I feel more energized, and saw some of my lower levels of vitamins get a good boost! Very effective for the value.As always ask a physician before starting any supplements or medicine, this is my opinion alone and not to be taken as actual physician advice.

I’ve been using this product over the past few months and have found that I feel more energy and my digestion is better. The capsules don’t taste the best but that doesn’t matter too much since they are just capsules. This isn’t an overwhelming change in your feeling but it definitely does help out if you are missing out on vegetables and fruits in your daily diet.I will say when you first get them don’t take a lot in the first week or so or else it might mess up your stomach since it isn’t used to it yet. Just start by taking one a day. Great product!

Doctor's told me to quit takeing regular over the counter vitamins and try more natural ones. Took them to my doctors visit and told him been taking fir about a month. He read all ingredients and said good keep takeing them. Told him they were cheaper than most if them. He said just cause something more expensive dose not me it always better. This had what I needed with a good balanced diet. Fixing to order again.

These supplements are wonderful. They gave me new energy and was a great buy for the price. HOWEVER, it upset my stomach after about the 3rd day of use. I continued taking them assuming the stomach pain was caused by something I ate. The nagging pain in my stomach grew worse each day to the point that I couldn't eat anything. I had a constant nagging pain that felt like a tight fist in my stomach.I stopped taking them for about a week and the pain finally went away. I started taking them again to be sure and the pain came back (didn't want to accept it was the supplements but it was).I've always had a cast iron stomach. I guess I found something it's sensitive to. I had to discard them and go back to drinking green veggie/fruit smoothies.I hope these supplements work for everyone else because they will definitely energize you.

I've been taking these for 3 years now. Went off for a year (reasons), and could tell after the first 3 months. I saw it in my skin mainly.

I've been taking these for well over a year, and I notice the benefits compared to if I happen to fall off the wagon. I prefer these to synthetic style multi-vitamins (though there are multi-vitamins out there with better nutritional profiles and bioavailability). I combine this with every other day mushroom complex, omega complex, and moringa. I am going to be adding beef organs soon. I feel this helps support nutritional needs for other items to work well. And don't forget a healthy lifestyle! I take everything at night to allow my body to make work of it, and I wake well-refreshed 9 times out of 10. Great product.

I'm in my early 40s and in overall good health, but like most of us, I know I should be eating more fruits and greens year round. After being bombarded by ads for expensive supplements on TV, and after quite a bit of research and label-comparisons, I chose Country Farms Super Fruit and Veggies for the value and overall mix of quality ingredients. No problems swallowing two pills in the morning. A pretty decent taste going down. No indigestion or gas afterward for me. I've been taking this brand more than 6 months now and have overall been pleased. Do I feel like I'm in my 20s again? No. Do I notice a huge boost in energy? Not really. But I've kept any illness away this year, and I have peace of mind knowing that I have fruit and veggie nutrients in my body, even on days when I can't always get my greens.
