First saw this massager at my Physical Therapy office after knee replacements. Interested in purchasing my own I tried the 6 different massage rollers they had available. I evaluated them on available pressure, size and comfort in my hands, obvious quality of materials, and the variety of areas where they operated best. This one proved superior. It was the only one that could roll over an aching IT band without me having to stand or lie on my side. I could remain seated and still roll over the entire side of my leg, easily with one hand. The roller can be adjusted for convenience of placement and pressure in other areas like arms and back of the neck. Great choice.
