It's okay. It does the job. It's very loose on my flash. It really doesn't lock well at all. Works fine with my panel light which has the nut that tightens down to hold it in place. Works with the tripod mount fine. I haven't broken it but I haven't really used them in the field much yet.

Does what it is supposed to do. Made just as well as the nikon shoe I was replacing.An added feature is it has a fitting on the bottom where I can mount it to a tripod. Never used it, but I can see where it might come in handy in studio lighting.
