The only issue I had was the middle compartment leaked. A little press and seal and it’ll be fine. It’s a perfect size and I love how it stacks and breaks apart so I can pack my hot and cold stuff together.

I bought this for my pre- schooler’s lunch as we can’t take glass tubberware to school and I don’t like using plastic with him. I put fruit in the bottom/stainless steel part, his main “entree” (usually tortellini and meatballs) in the middle portion, and a snack like goldfish in the top portion. He’s there all day so it doesn’t fit *everything* for the day but it gets the job done and I love that it’s dishwasher safe. We bought one in September for the beginning of the school year but my ex husband let fruit sit in the stainless steel portion for almost a week and it grew mold so this is our second one. One star off for the fact that another section/ layer would be helpful in our situation but otherwise well worth the price!

My 3 year old kid couldn’t get the latch open, could put it back together. It needs an attachable lid so he won’t lose it. I returned it.

One downside is that the food has to be in the metal tin and you have to have all of the pieces together for the lid to snap on. Can’t leave behind anything to compress it even if theyre empty.

When it arrived I thought it was gonna be a bit bigger but I’m glad it wasn’t. Perfect size container. Love all the compartments for separating items without bringing multiple containers.

I wanted to love these sooo much! My 6 year old absolutely destroyed them to oblivion… I bought two, so for a while we were able to mix and match the pieces, but eventually I have run out of pieces to interchange. The clips were easy to do and undo, so he appreciated that. The portion sizes were decent, but I’m a firm believer that fruit and veggies lose their nutritional value once peeled and sliced, which made this more difficult as I couldn’t fit any cutie oranges or apples unless previously cut up. It was decently easy to wash, the plastic seals were inconvenient, but otherwise everything else rinsed well by hand or through the dishwasher on the top rack. Overall these lunchboxes lasted longer than a cheaper one from Walmart, so I was happy with it!

I just got this and was struck with how deceptive i think the photos are. The fact is the compartments will only fill up half way because the next one on top is indented and sits a long way down inside the bottom one. This makes it useless for anything like a salad. I was disappointed but have decided to keep it anyway, and use a different container if I want a salad.
