Very good item, product fits perfectly inside, enough space for the charging adapter and for the cuff. I wish there was a mesh pocket on the other side so i can put the manual inside.

If you're wondering if it will fit your monitor compare the models listed in case description to the sizes listed in the manuals online on the Omron website ONLY as I found manuals from other sites that were wrong. When I received this case, I was immediately impressed with the choice of materials. The outside appears to be a rugged nylon fabric. The zippers are strong and work flawlessly. The inside of the case has compartments that fit my Omron 7450 unit perfectly. Oh! and did I mention that the inside is totally lined in a soft velvet type material? I know that when I travel my machine is fully protected! What more do you want? Don't hesitate! Buy it! One last mention. Because the compartment for the monitor is a custom fit, I realized I never have to remove the unit from the case! Imagine that! I leave the hose from the cuff connected to the monitor and just have to remove the cuff from the case. This prevents accidental dropping of the monitor and getting fingerprints all over it! Stays permanently in the case!! I like that!
