Yes. Don't know if it's replacement but it's what's available. Doesn't have the Vitamin A (beta carotene) in it but I got a separate supplement for that. Also has some other minerals listed not in AREDS (calcium & iron) but small amounts. I've had no issues switching.

I have a slight case of macular degeneration and have taken this I Cap med for years now once a day x 2 caps....so far it has helped me a lot due to keeping the macular degeneration in check it has not progressed further...NJG

My last purchase was June 2023, and the expiration date of the bottle was February 2024. Based on that, you probably don't want to order for a full year at once. Isn't there an option to order automatic reordering for a discount? That might be your best option to deal with the expiration issue.
