This cost only $10, unlike some others that are significantly more expensive. Great for getting my 78-YO self out of my Avalon. I have an unrepaired right torn rotator cuff which makes exit difficult. This tool, with its red bands separating the foam rings on the handle, is easy enough to spot on the floor on my black interior floor mats.My only complaint it that the tool comes with NO instructions, like how to make the LED light work (It doesn't).

Bought this for my folks and it has made a real difference for them to enter/exit their mini-van.I was a little skeptical about how sturdy the handle would be applying real pressure to the handle. They both did not crack or show any stress related damage. The only damage is caused by not removing the handle before you close the door.A great value that makes a difference for older folks or folks that may have some mobility issues. Holding onto this handle and the one in the vehicle makes a big difference for my folks instead of trying to find a adequate “hand hold” area or part of the interior to grab onto.

Love this product for what I intended it for....getting out of the car. I was getting bruises on my arm from trying to get out, this solves all that. Love the blade for cutting a seat belt (I hope I never have to use it) but the flashlight is seriously tiny, dim, and useless After many attempts at putting in the 2 AAA batteries it worked, but wouldn't light up much of anything. So, 4 stars.

The purpose of this tool is to help me out of the front seat of the car. They fancied it up with a light that broke within a week as well as the scary point which is used to break your window in case you drive into a river or lake Michigan.It does achieve its original purpose and I use it almost daily very very handy for me.
