GreenPanLevels Essentials 13-Piece Cookware Set

Super stoked to get these and start using them. The rims were already a little chipped, though... I emailed Greenpan, asking about that and whether or not it would get worse. Still waiting to hear back. I'll be honest, I was trying to choose between these and Hexclad... now that I know how delicate that coating is I kinda wish I'd gone with the hexclad.

We bought these to replace a Cuisinart Teflon set. They heat and cook very evenly and clean even easier than the Teflon. Also they don't have the potential health problems that Teflon can have if heated to high.

I love the cookware quality!But the 2 smaller frying pans don't come with lids that fit and the pots and pans weigh a TON!Since I'm a full-time RV'er, that does not work for me.😥

I was very pleasantly surprised at the extreme quality for the price. I am in the process of moving so I haven’t had a chance to use them. But I am really look forward to.

Easy to clean, great heat distribution and great non stick but hate the lids. I was not expecting the lid handle to be red hot. Green pan needs to fix this by putting something on the handle to keep it cool.

Update - after 1 month of careful use (no metal utensils) the rims are chipped on the saucepan. Notice how the edges on the skillet are different. Very disappointed and regretting this purchase. So they’re now down to 2 stars.1 thing I do like is the lids - no splattering/overflow of liquids.ORIGINAL REVIEW - I finally took the plunge and bought this set of Green Pans. But WTH about EVO since it’s my go-to for a cooking oil?!? If I had known this about this with non-stick surfaces, I wouldn’t have bothered and would have just gotten a stainless steel set instead.
