How low does the light dim down to? dim /yellow enough that it won't keep my brain too alert in the evenings? but bright when i want it to be? thanks!

Is there a settings for all the colours at once to make it rainbow effect?

Maybe not a rainbow effect as such but there is a setting called Theme which changes the colour every few seconds. There is relax and party two different lighting effects. Really nice bulbs.
