The bike is so easy to assemble, and working great... for a while to come I hope!

Not happy with the item because have same pieces not on package I phoned till today not reply ou give pieces in faulty

This bike is smooth, sturdy, easy to assemble and a pleasure to exercise on. It was a couple of days late on delivery. It is great value for money

The bike came with 2 missing pieces 🤦‍♀️

Bike came and assembly was easy - was missing two bolts which was annoying but seller had them promptly posted out and problem resolved very quickly. The bike itself is very good - this is replacing a OPTI bike I had. They seem to all follow the same design and build. But this is 25% cheaper - to my surprise it feels better made too. Overall I'm happy with the product and the customer service received - Problems happen; its how they are resolved which matters the most.

After 3 weeks of use, I'm satisfied with this bike and would buy again. It is easy to assemble,seat position can be well adjusted, it has good resistance range.On a negative side, seat is quite uncomfortable for me(too wide) and timer digital display is not accurate(gains 2 seconds per minute).

This seemed a good purchase, mechanically sound, but the control unit didn't work. Only able to see the pulse. Unable to connect to bluetooth. Customer support were excellent, couldn't have been better. Sent me a new control unit, same problems. We decided to exchange to another model, ES-893, which they said was the most popular. This worked fine, even connected to bluetooth (although the app seemed of little use). Talking to the support team, I wonder of this model as a rather new experiment, I note it has been withdrawn. So, if you want a control unit, so you know how long you have been on the machine, go for the ES-893. If you don't care, go for it.

The bike is excellent but the computer has never connected to Bluetooth, I’ve been asked to call their service department but with being out all day most days it’s not been possible, would be nice if they just sent me a replacement
