Great Potential
This is an excellent quality product at a very low price (under £10). However, on its own this kit is usable but microphone output is limited. Connected to a phantom power source using an appropriate XLR cable (Not the one supplied) the microphone really comes into its own and in my opinion is a real bargain.

Item didn't work
Item was a present for a friend only to find the usb socket for the input wobbled inside the plastic case, when plugged in the microphone didn't work and no output could be heard, now we have to send it back to China at our expense, which I feel is wrong as it is faulty. Avoid as it'll save you money , not only for the purchase but to return it

Swing arm is good but the gain on the mic wasn't great + noise + analogue
Played around with this a bit and it unfortunately while better than headset it's still pretty poor. I wasn't really expecting anything amazing, if you need a cheap swing arm mic then it's ok but TBH I'd spend the extra 10-15 quid for a digital cardioid one if you're doing voice work, bought one instead and it's much better.

Bad design
Ok..it looks great and for a time, it worked. Well the big snag is, is that the USB device it comes with. It will NOT work without it. For a start, the USB control device is very big and once plugged in, it takes up a lot of room. No other USB plug can be connected anywhere near it. I have four USB ports clustered together and when this is plugged in, It effectively overlaps the ports above/below it and to the left or right. I had to plug it into a port at the front, which is horizontal and because of the design of the control USB plug, it sagged downwards and it was effectively a poor connection especially when the leads (mic and headphones) are connected as they tend to weigh it down. It is more stable in the verticle position, but as I said - it takes up a lot of room. Needless to say, I had to use a horizontal USB port and now it's snapped off. The housing for the circuit board kept falling apart and had to be superglued so it wouldn't keep dismantling itself. Overall, it's only good for aetsthetics...nothing more. I tried a USB extension cable, but it the mic didn't work. It has to be a direct connection to the PC. Its stand is flimsy and the post that goes into the clamping device was very loose even with the screw tightened as far as it will go. I now have a cool looking piece of junk in a corner.

Decent
Decent mic quality however the sound card is broken upon arrival and makes a buzzing noise when audio is recorded through it.

Worth it
This helped a lot, obviously at it's price it has it's downsides. The microphone can pick up audio through your computer and send that back through the computer, the mic also has feedback issues with a low bass sound that comes through the mic at random times other wise the mic is very good, good quality and it's an easy to use usb. The mic stand is very durable and it comes with two pop filters that are different and what ever one you choose is preference. The mic also is small and doesn't take up a lot of space in your room
