Slumber Pet Mega Ruff Empire Cage Mat

My dog had this bed for, I kid you not, 15 minutes, and managed to chew a hole through it. I do not recommend this bed, at all. It's well sewn and made of quality fabric, just falsely advertised. I feel cheated. I will never deal with this company again.Oh, and it took 3 weeks for this company to ship it from texas to middle tennessee.

We've had this for only a week, and our lil girl was able to chew a hole in it. Product description of it being "made tough to with stand the toughest of chewers", did NOT live up to it's name. Very disappointed and wish I could get a refund for false advertisement.

False advertising with the "chew-proof" claim. My 8 month old puppy chewed holes into two of these beds. She's not an unusual puppy in terms of size or chewing behavior. I've just clicked the button to return the 2nd one. Don't buy if you expect the chew-proof claim. I purchased a chew-proof dog bed over 10 years ago from Doctor's Foster & Smith that was actually chew-proof. So such pet beds do exist.

My Doberman needed a bed for the back of my Honda Accord and this mat is working out really well. It's tough surface discourages him from chomping on it, it's padded and comfortable for him to lie on in the car and he's quite happy to snooze on the pad while I'm driving. He has two of the MegaRuff beds at home. We've had them both for over a year and neither show any signs of wear. I'm really happy with the MegaRuff products, the three I have are comfortable for my dog and they hold up better than any dog beds I've purchased in the past.

Have had this mat for a month and a half now. When I first received it, I thought it was very thin and felt cheap but it fit well in the Large pro select cage I bought so I kept it. I've washed this mat twice and it has already ripped and opened up. The mat is now unavailable on Amazon so i'm not sure I would say its worth the $50.

This was clearly advertised as chew proof, but my newly adopted 28 pound puppy chewed two holes in it the first time she was left in the cage with it. The second time she destroyed it. We're not talking some massive brute of a dog, just an average sized puppy of 11 months. If your dog chews and you're looking for a mat that can't be easily torn apart, this is not the product. It was $45 wasted. Do not buy.

We have 3 dogs - all take turns laying on it and thus far, not a single attempt to tear it, scratch at it, etc.It did take them a bit to get used to because it has some noise to it when they step on it - but they love it now - need to wash it and I assume it will turn out great!Despite the durability of the outside shell, it is still soft.

This bed sucks. I bought it to go with the new crate since it was designed to fit it and it’s like laying straight on the bars. It has no padding at all. I can’t believe how overpriced this thing is!!! DO NOT WASTE your money. I will be buying my sweet girl a comfortable bed for her crate.
