Russell Stover Milk Chocolate Caramels, 2.95 oz. Bag

I love this chocolate, but they are over charging. 99 cent , dollar tree, family dollar all have this brand and same size for 1 dollar. I thought I was getting multiple bags , as the picture shows, I would have never bought 1 bag for 10.00
