I've bought this before, and have ordered again and will probably continue to purchase because this works great for my guy and myself. We have stressful lives, and he has trouble sleeping. We take after dinner, before bed, and we sleep better and I have less stress, and am just happier. I really noticed the difference when we ran out of this supplements, we reordered right away when we both came to the same conclusion, the pills work great for us.

For those who have gastrointestinal sensitivity to Valerian root, do not take this product. I'd say, the majority of folks who do not have those kinds of issues will enjoy this supplement. That's why I give it 4 stars...just as good as the more expensive brand called Calm Now, by Zhou Nutrition. If it didn't have Valerian root in it, I'd still be taking it!

No horrible gave me chest pains would not recommend to anyone!

I have been on just about every pill the doctor has ever given me but there are just too many side effect, so I bought this. I deal with extremely bad upper back pain do to anxiety. This anxiety and stress relief helps me a great deal. I finally have relief from pain to be able to cope with life and no side effects.
