Magic Monkey Sauce 14 Oz

Like some of the other reviews noted, the base of this sauce is Hoisin, but it has other ingredients that really balance everything nicely. Slightly on the sweeter side, but worked awesome for stir fry noodles.

We were served spring rolls as an appetizer at a wedding and this sauce, as well as the Magic Dragon Sauce, were the dipping sauces. We all agreed that we liked this sauce more than the traditional peanut sauce we usually get with spring rolls, and both sauces were so good that everyone at our table was using them instead of soy and wasabi for our sashimi, as well as dip for our crudites. Absolutely delicious!

Oh my ga this stuff is delish! Magic Monkey Sauce is mildly sweet. We dunked potstickers. We packed in teenager's lunch to go with chicken, rice and broccoli. We added to chicken and cucumbers wrapped in lettuce. The Magic Dragon Sauce is mildly spicy. Monkey and Dragon sauces mixed - very very delicious.

This tastes so good. It's basically a kicked up Hoisin Sauce rather than a peanut sauce. If you like Hoisin Sauce you'll love this sauce.

The Pho Queen came to my local library for a demonstration on the classic bhan mì sandwich and had her sauce there for us to try. Let me start by saying it was absolutely fantastic. Better than any restaurant sauce I’ve had in the past. You won’t be sorry for buying this sauce.

This sauce is excellent!! I've had it on a number of foods and it never fails to enhance the dish I am eating! I especially love it on homemade spring rolls. It's like no other sauce I have ever had and I highly recommend it!

Magic Monkey sauce is the perfect blend of sweet and savory and goes great with most rice dishes (doesn't even have to be Asian). And as the bottle says, no monkeys were harmed in the making of this sauce. Too cute!
