YuanKanJu CaptureC Pho Queen's Magic Dragon Sauce 14 oz

We were served spring rolls as an appetizer at a wedding and this sauce, as well as the Magic Monkey Sauce, were the dipping sauces. We all agreed that we liked this sauce more than the traditional peanut sauce we usually get with spring rolls, and both sauces were so good that everyone at our table was using them instead of soy and wasabi for our sashimi, as well as dip for our crudites. Absolutely delicious!

We used this as a dipping sauce for home made spring rolls. I liked it much better than the sweet chilly sauces usually served with spring rolls, but my wife did not. It is moderately spicy which could limit its appeal. As such, it serves at a our house as an attractive alternative choice to the sweeter sauces.

Great sauce.

I always enjoyed eating spring rolls with the condiments at my favorite Vietnamese Restaurant. However, when I tried my spring rolls with Pho Queen's Dragon Sauce, I fell in love with Vietnamese cooking all over again. Not only is this stuff a great dipping sauce but also rocks a bowl of pho and springs up a noodle dish such as Bun. I took a bottle home and found it also tastes great wherever I would use A-1 or ketchup. Chicken, ground meat, pork or even steak and tofu is spruced up with Dragon Sauce. It tastes similar to Monkey Sauce, (which is also fantastic), but packs a powerful "Zing" which lights up your tastes buds with a spicy blast that goes away as quickly as it came. It's not strong enough to be called a "Hot" sauce but still packs enough of a punch to give anything you're eating a delightful "Kick". I heard it makes a great marinade. I look forward giving it a try. For my chicken wings I still like my "Spicy Garlic" sauce but for everything else, my new favorite is Pho Queen's Dragon Sauce.

Delicious and perfectly seasoned...Ha has done it again! It is fantastic and now my husband's "go to" sauce!

A perfect blend of southeast Asian yumminess! Stir fry, spring roll sauce, marinade or a fusion approach to barbecue sauce I was so in love with Magic Dragon sauce and thrilled to have enjoyed it at Chef Ha's culinary demo!
