Was good while it lasted. Started flickering after 2 years.

Nice looking, bright, and efficient. Dims nicely. It makes a slight buzzing noise, but I think I'm unusually sensitive to that; many people probably wouldn't notice.It casts light at a pretty wide angle underneath, but basically no light above it or to the sides. This might be what you want if you're putting it above a dining table or kitchen counter, as shown in the illustrations, with other lights in the same room. I actually have it in a large home office room, and I wish it would radiate light in every direction, so that there would be more indirect light reflected off the ceiling and walls. But that's my fault for using it for a slightly different purpose than it was intended.The installation instructions weren't very clear, but we figured it out. Of course, you really should have an electrician install it anyway.

No longer dimming. After 2 months. Very simple contemporary look.

I purchased 1 of these for my office and some of the LED's started flickering on and off. I already had this professionally installed so I gave it the benefit of the doubt and purchased another which has now started flickering in and out. Poorly made product. Do not purchase.

I got this light because i needed something thin and unobtrusive that would provide a lot of light. If it were a typical instalation then i think this light would have gotten 5 stars and rave reviews. But i installed it in a vaulted ceiling where the light can be viewed from above.There are two major defects:The mounting bracket that attaches it to the ceiling is not capable of being flush mounted. No matter what you do there is a small gap between the shroud and the ceiling. On a flat ceiling it wouldn't be as obvious but on a vaulted ceiling the shroud pivots and reveals a dark gap on the upper side of nearly an eighth of an inch.The second issue is that the top of this fixture was never intended to be visible, it is completely unfinished with numerous stickers and screw heads visible. I can look down upon it in the location in which i had it installed. It does not look good from above and that detail is not apparent from the product information provided.

First one I ordered didn’t work at all - after my electrician installed it in my 20’ high ceiling. Removed it and installed a second one. Now, 8 months later the light flickers and is unusable as I fear it will cause seizures. I now need to hire my electrician to remove it and install something else.It’s a beautiful light and the light coming off of it is perfect for my dining room. Too bad about the poor quality.
