Works well for detoxing the whole body. Use this when I have anything from a cold to body aches and indigestion. The toxins being removed from the body make me feel refreshed and healthier. I do believe you could easily quit habits of food or smoking or drinking with this. When I wanted to quit excess medications, I took this for three days and no longer have any desire to load up on them. When I was eating too much junk food, I took this for three days and purged my system and it took away the desire to eat the junk. Eating plain vegetables, fruits or whole grains during the time of detox is helpful. Fasting with just water speeds up the cleansing process for me.

Was having stomach indigestion combined with a sharp pain in my back; this seemed to be associated with eating certain fatty foods, and/or drinking even a moderate amount of alcohol. Fortunately my sister recommended this product and it helped within a couple of days! I have been using it daily since. I found I only need 1 tablet, once a day. Recently the problem occurred again, I think from taking hay fever pills combined also with Tylenol, I stopped taking the hay fever pill, and Tylenol but used 2 tablets twice a day of this product for a couple of days, and the pain again subsided again quickly.Before I found this digestive aid, these bouts with indigestion and back pain would last about a week; and I would have to limit my diet to dry toast and water for most of that time.

I bought these for a 24 day detox. They work great. However, I checked the expiration date on the bottle and it indicated it would expire 8 months after I purchased them. I've purchased them previously and they normally expire 2 years after receiving. I got an old bottle and I almost sent them back. Next time I'll go to the local grocery store.
