When I don’t have time to measure multiple ingredients, I can just add a scoop, mix it with milk, and it’s ready in a minute or two. It works well for both hot matcha lattes and iced versions. The container is also a good size, so it lasts quite a while even if you make matcha regularly. The matcha flavor still comes through nicely without being too bitter. As someone new to Matcha, I wouldn't have any expertise to know quality. But from shopping from Asia sourced stores and online, I can say this is a good source to use in a pinch. I make matcha lattes at home and I find that this brand wasnt too bad to use. The powder is a light green and the packaging comes with easy instructions. The package also comes in a ziplock seal so it will stay fresh for a little while. It took me a little under two weeks to get through the entire product and thats a drink every other day. So i would consider the product to be on the small end. For taste, I tend to make my drinks based on my own preference as the taste isn't strong and does well to work with any flavors added to your latte. I have tried brown sugar and strawberry syrups with this powder and have no complaints.

Definitely not like ceremonial Matcha which, like, at this price who really cares? lol. Very sweet, super easy to blend up. You will NOT get a microfoam with this, no matter how you whip it. (Yes, I tried the paste method and everything.) It is NOT the vibrant green of traditional Matcha and the sweetener in it prevents it from passing through a sieve so just skip the sieve completely. This is like if Crystal Lite made Matcha. lol. Definitely not bad. Extremely forgiving for a novice like me. I think I'll still use it to practice making Matcha lattes at home--once this bag is done, I'll buy a more "legit" Matcha. That said, this is a WONDERFUL introduction to Matcha. Especially for the price. You could absolutely use it to get use to the process of making Matcha at home to see if you even feel like committing to making the "real" thing. So, no, I wouldn't buy it again but NOT because it is bad. It's great for what it is but it is NOT legitimate, traditional Matcha. It's something quicker, easier, and more forgiving to make. While I wouldn't purchase again, I'd 100% recommend to a newbie.

Lovely product. Love the mild taste. I prefer to make matcha lattes. It lasts quite a while even with daily use. So great for digestion and regulation. Just a nice organic treat for a lovely start to the day or a nice afternoon refreshment.

I'm obsessed with this macha powder! It's a little pricey, but I'm not a coffee lover and sometimes you want something creamier than your regular teas. It tastes great and I love the texture.

I originally purchased the smaller size of this matcha powder and loved it — smooth, flavorful, and had a good taste. It quickly became part of my daily routine. When I reordered the larger size, the taste was completely different and honestly not very good. It’s much more bitter and lacks the smooth and better flavor of the smaller one. The color of the matcha is also darker when i mix it versus the smaller one was a bit lighter in color. I’m not sure if this is a batch issue or quality inconsistency, but it was disappointing since I was expecting the same product. Hopefully this helps others when deciding which size to purchase
