Zero stars. Product was very obviously a return that was repackaged and sent out as the box was perfect but the clock was bent, looked hammered, the backboard was separated from the frame. The back had many holes, looking as if there were staples in the back. Seriously, at least 50 holes! Looked like they were meant to try to repair the separated board but then they changed their minds and plucked them out. Absolute garbage. Back it goes!For almost $70 bucks this company should be ashamed of themselves. In pristine condition, it isn’t worth that price tag, but I would have kept it to avoid the hassle. Nope!

I was so skeptical ordering this clock with the mixed reviews here but I went ahead and tried my luck anyways and I must say I got so lucky I received one that was packaged so well, no defects or anything that was described by other reviewers. I was ready to return it in the case I’d get a bad one but this got hanged straight to the empty wall on my living room where I had planned on putting.

This is a beautiful clock and I hoped against hope. My first purchase of this clock ended with a warped clock within 24 hours of hanging it on my wall. I hoped it was a fluke so I returned and reordered the same clock. I just received the second clock and hung it on my wall at 5pm yesterday. This morning, at 8:20am, I found the new clock warped...less than 24 hours. Strike 2, I’m done.This must be a poorly made clock using cheap materials. It looks nice on my wall, but it’s not worth the frustration of seeing a cockeyed/warped frame on my wall.I would avoid this particular clock and keep shopping around. Pictures provided.Edit: It’s been a month since I returned it and I still haven’t received my refund! I’ve been searching for a link to write to the seller and there is nothing in the return info I received. Even more disappointed in this purchase.

Just delivered this evening.Loved this clock and couldn’t wait to get it.Unfortunately, it is damaged.The minute hand is missing the nut that holds it on the clock so it keeps falling off or doesn’t move at all. The metal bar at the top of the clock is bent.

This clock is so beautiful-I love it. Large rustic white with bronze trim. You won’t b disappointed.

This clock came bent and crooked. The round attachments on top were bent in half. The bracket on the right was not attached properly and the rod across the top was bent down on the left. I'm very lucky my husband has the ability to correct problems. You would think paying so much for a clock would at least insure you get your money's worth and not have to rework it... 😩

It had a bit of shipping damage, but the company said they'd send me a new 1 if it couldn't be fixed. I fixed it, as they instructed & it isn't noticable to any1 but me, but love how they DO stand behind their product. Keeps perfect time! Good price & got it fast! I think it would work in any decor! Not sure what decor mine is, but it fit in nicely. :)

Absolutely love this clock. It is rustic, big, easy to see. Great for high ceilings and large walls. My first one that I ordered arrived damaged and Amazon was extremely quick to order a new one and ship right away. Received within 4 days. I packed up the first one and shipped back and they acknowledged that they received it. Amazing service. Would order again from this company.

Beautiful clock but was super disappointed after waiting two weeks for it to see that it is ivory/ beige colour. I was really wanting something white, so please take note this is very ivory In colour.

Love the look of this piece. Received slightly damaged on the wood. I re-ordered and the new one was even more damaged. 6 months later the metal arm on the face of the clock are just hanging. The red wheel on the back to control the arms has broken off. Definitely not worth the money. Very disappointed.

Love the rustic /industrial look. Bold enough with a bit of softness. Very flimsy clock “hands” but a second set was included. Only one battery AA required to run the clock and so far so good at keeping time.

Arrived in good shape. Easy to hang and looks great. Got the whitewash and am not disappointed. A bit pricy though. Came in two days. Speedy delivery!
