Great fog lights, easy replacement on 2006 envoy
Replacement fog lights for 2006 envoy. The new lights appear brighter than the old ones but it could just be the new bulbs.Replacement was easy with one major caveat. On the back of the housing are three studs. They come with the nut already on the stud so you are supposed to take the nut off, push the stud through the mounting bracket in the bumper, and then put the nuts back on. When I tried to loosen one of the nuts, the stud started to turn with it. I ended up leaving the nuts on the studs. Then I used the nuts from the factory lights to secure these lamps in place. It isn't a bad fit this way, but to get five starts everything should work as intended.
