Hi Matt,

Vitality won't "boost" your testosterone to levels that aren't really feasible, just balance and optimize your hormones.

So if your hormones aren't balanced, your testosterone levels won't be optimum to what they can be.

Vitality will balance things out and have your test levels higher than what they currently are.

Think of it like improving your technique on a lift.

If your form is off, you can be lifting at less weight than you can be if your form and technique is on point.

So you might not get stronger per se by improving your technique, but it will help maximize the weight you're body can currently lift!
