Sturdy little box, well made & perfect. I read other reviews complaining about the "scratched" plastic used for the picture frame, but honestly, they all forgot to peel off the protective films (the film is on BOTH sides of the plastic). Its shiny, glossy, and makes her portrait look so good in my opinion.I liked this urn, mostly because how "simple" it looked, I knew my adornments & mementos of my kitty would stand out, and it does. I also bought the small plaque on Etsy, and it measures 2" x 1"

Ugh. I hate that I had to order this, but my precious Finley needed a final resting place. Upon opening, there is a very thin protective film on the glass that must be peeled off. At first, I thought the urn was too small and was ready to return it, however, with a little gentle maneuvering of the ashes, they settled in very tightly. My Finley was considered a large dog -- 80 lbs, catahoula/lab mix. There's not any extra room in this, but it's beautiful and just what I was looking for.

I ordered this on Monday when my baby Falkor passed away. It arrived today (Thursday) to my surprise. The quality of the structure is sturdy and beautiful. It’s everything I wanted at a fraction of the price that my vet clinic was charging for just a box.The beautiful quality, the speed of the arrival, it will be ready by the time I get my baby boys ashes back from the vets!I couldn’t ask for more💙🐾🐾

Seems a bit cheap and acrylic was super thin, cracked removing the clear cover on it.

This box is just what I needed for my precious cat's ashes. It is a nice darker color wood, and all the seams are straight and neat - no gaps or loose edges - well made. The screw at the back lets you remove the back side to access the box and the photo frame area on the front. I just took out the backing cardboard from the frame and cut my photo to match the size, dropped it in, replaced the cardboard and bent down the little picture holder pins to hold it in place. There is a nice glass piece also to protect the photo. This was much cheaper than ordering through the cremation place, as their urns were $75 and up, and for a box like this, over $120! There is a 1-inch space between the top of the photo and the top of the box, so I will get a metal plate made with her name and birth/death dates to put on the box. I also attached a little hook on the side to hang her collar and tag on.

This is a beautiful urn ,we recently lost one of our cats, and bought a urn through the place ,that creamated our cat, we paid $ 100.00 for it, in the brochure it looked fine, when we got it back from the vets office, I was shocked to see the poor quality in it, how small it was, and how much we had to cut the picture of my fur baby.. that was unacceptable... I looked on Amazon found this one, and I just received it last night, so pretty great solid wood, perfect size, for a 4x6 picture, plenty of room inside to place your fur babies ashes, just remember to peel off the film off the glass , before putting photo in. thank you for this urn highly recommend.

Overall, this was a nice little box and I really liked how it looked. Unfortunately I am returning for two reasons - one is my own fault, and one is a fault of the product.For my fault, I was mistaken about where the photo panel was - many other products I looked at before ordering had the panel that opened be the photo panel. This was a feature I wanted, as I want to be able to change the photo from time to time without disturbing my precious boy inside. I thought this product also had the photo panel be the one that opens, but I was mistaken and that is on me.The other reason I am returning, the one that is the fault of the product itself, is the plastic sheet protecting the photo. It is not fully transparent, blurring the image you've chosen to immortalize your dearly departed. It is also flimsy, and I can foresee myself cracking it while changing the photo someday by mistake. The photo is the whole reason for a box like this in the first place, and it is not unreasonable to want as clear a view as possible.

We were so heart broken when our beloved dog died - putting this on display with her picture helps us to remember with love all the wonderful times with her and makes her feel close to us even though she crossed the rainbow bridge

I love this urn. It’s very classy and sleek looking. The velvet bag was a perfect fit and holds the ashes of my 55lb dog perfectly. I love that it has a screw to lock it closed and space for a picture. I wanted something that felt I was putting her rest with dignity and this urn was definitely it.

Reviewed many and decided on this one for my fur baby. The box is sturdy the only down side I found was where the picture goes. It can only be put in before you put the ashes in ( needs a better set up) and it should has glass not plastic.
