Skin broke out
This was recommended to me by my dermatologist and I see it being a good product. Unfortunately, it made my forehead break out with tons of acne.It probably just wasn't compatible with my skin.

Effective Cleanser and Moisturizer
I've always found myself intrigued by the idea of skin products infused by ingredients from the Dead Sea. The Yareli Active Mud Mask with Dead Sea Minerals is a once a week mask that I applied just like your typical mask and left it on until it dried a few minutes later. Then, you gently wash it off in circles on your face. It's pretty straightforward, though I was also intrigued by the idea of a once a week product since most masks seem to suggest use at least a couple times weekly. The product comes with the packaging, including the box, shown on the page. It contains Dead Sea Minerals, Vitamins B5 and E, Beeswax, and has a very light aroma of Lavender and Avocado Oils that I honestly barely noticed. Since the descriptions mentions detoxifying, I expected more of an exfoliant experience but that's not really how it works. It feels more like a face cream than it does an exfoliant. I also didn't really get that initial spark sensation you usually get with a mask. It was very smooth yet immersive. I liked it, but I think there's a psychological side to that initial spark that at least makes you feel like it's really working. This is paraben free and says it's for all skin types. It meets European quality standards. I appreciated that my skin looked and felt evenly toned and seemed to maintain that look for a good majority of the day. While I can't say I felt exfoliated or energized, I felt, for lack of a better term, clean. Yet, my skin did feel a bit tighter the following morning of my first use and given it's a once a week product I kind of expected the overall sensation to linger a bit longer. In the description, it uses a phrase I think really applies - "simple, clean ingredients." That's really what it feels like. There's very little razzle-dazzle here. It's simple and straightforward. The price point is likely a bit higher than I'd usually go for a facial cleanser, especially given that the clean sensation doesn't really linger throughout. That said, Yareli also has other companion products that may enhance the effect and make it linger longer. Ultimately, I like this facial mask and I think it does what it's supposed to do. It's not one that's going to make its way into my regular skin care routine, but if I were looking for a mask, which I periodically do, it's definitely one I'd consider as I'm convinced that there's something special about Dead Sea Minerals and they do seem to have a positive impact on my skin.I give this an enthusiastic thumbs up with a couple minor reservations and advice to probably dial down the expectations in terms of the usual mask experience and sensations.
