Like someone else said in their review, it is important not to tighten the bolts until the frame is almost assembled. Another buyer commented that because the slats were 3" and not 2" they thought the warranty on their new mattress wouldn't be good. Like this buyer, and because of their comment, I almost didn't purchase the frame. However, after checking with my mattress mnfgr, I learned they require a minimum of 2" support slats, so don't let that deter you from purchasing this frame.There are only 3 cons to this frame and that is why I didn't give it a 5 star rating. The first, in my opinion, you need 2 people to assemble the headboard and then one person can do it easily. Because I didn't have an extra set of hands, I placed the headboard on a dinning room chair to hold it in place while I attached the 2 support pieces. The second con is the instructions are NOT very clear, i.e., they don't show or tell which side of the screws (installed at the factory) are placed outward. The third and final con is that most of my parts were mislabeled. By example, my number 9a was labeled 6a.The pros.... once assembled, the frame is very sturdy and is also attractive. I also noticed that someone else who purchased this commented that they were missing bolts to put it together. Clearly the maker listened because they now include a complete set of extra bolts in the package.So if you have common sense and can see how things go together if your frame is mislabeled, then by all means, do not hesitate to buy this frame... you will not be unhappy with your purchase.

It's a nice looking bed for the price. Very cute! And pretty steady when sitting or lying down.

I got this bed for my 10 year old. It’s extremely easy to put together even though the instructions was off from the video. (Different instructions at a certain part). Overall, it holds a lot of weight and I would recommend.

Very easy to put together came with wrench to assemble took a hour and a half to assemble two beds! I wish the headboard was taller but it states the height. So no negative opinions here! The charcoal color is beautiful and looks more expensive then it was!

I was a little concerned about possible shipping issues after reading other reviews but I got my frame earlier than expected - appx 3 days after I ordered it. The bed looks great and appears sturdy so far. Everything was packaged well so no snags or scratches or bent pieces. Some advice for assembly: The directions are all pictures, there are no written directions so you really have to pay attention to the direction of screws and the locations holes on the diagrams. The other key to successful assembly is to keep your screws loose once you get them in. Everything fits snug so you’ll need a little wiggle room when fitting pieces together. It took me appx 60 minutes to put this together myself. I’m really happy with this frame!

This item was not easy to assemble at all. Am very good with reading direction and putting things together but this one was work! Some of the parts wouldn't even fit easily and I had to hammer-force it to fit in. It is very sturdy and made of strong material unlike some platform beds I have seen before. The price is good. Not such a big fan of gray color but for those that are, surely will love it. I would recommend the manufacturer ensure all parts can fit well and drill opening where required accurately, I had to suffer because of that, other than this assembly issue, am enjoying my bed and I no longer have to break my poor back by laying on the mattress sitting on the carpet, no more back pain

Well made !!!When you open the box, you will Quickly find out how easy its that we can put them all together in a short time.It’s the easiest bed frame I have installed. It only take me like 15 mins with a drill.It’s easy to assemble, the only one part might look harder is when you joint the mid frame you have hold it tie. The instruction is so useful to, even though you may not need for this easiest installation.The quality of the frame has no complaints, nice and tight, I put my 8 inches mattress on along with a 4 inches topper, the bed frame stay sturdy. I have no question about the quality.Over all. Everything is good but if the price could be a bit cheaper, it would be perfect

The media could not be loaded.  I put it together on my own and it was honestly not very difficult to do. I only had to look at the pictures to see how to put it together. They give you extra screws just in case. I’d say it’s sturdy and the support bars were strong as well as the wood to hold the bed. I love it. Completely love it
