Great for all weather types!
Fits over my powerchair and gets me across town no matter the weather. It’s warm in winter and gives great shade in summer. Even my dog love to ride inside the pod. Lightweight, durable, easy to setup and great against the elements.

Great wheelchair weather protection!
We are really happy with this product. I use a standard size power wheelchair and hate going out in the rain. I’ve tried several wheelchair umbrellas, and they were all pretty useless. I am easily chilled, but I don’t like having to wear lots of extra layers which add too much bulk. I have one rain cape from Adaptations by Adrian which I do like as far as keeping me warm and dry, but it doesn’t also cover my backpack so then when I go to get anything out of it there’s always water everywhere. The Chairpod solved all these issues. It’s warm, dry, and covers both me and the wheelchair. The window zippers are quite easy to use. It doesn’t cover my lower legs, but I don’t have much feeling there anyway. Someone else would probably want to use some kind of rain suit to keep that area dry. Chairpod adds almost no width to my power chair, so I can still go through regular doorways. The belt buckle on the vertical strap that is supposed to hold onto the back of the chair it’s too hard for me to use so I often just skip that. It doesn’t seem to make any difference, I think because my chair arms are pretty long So the chair part is stretched out and fits quite tightly anyway. I do have my helper take it off and fold it up before I go in a store or get on paratransit, and that process is a little slow but doable.I wish it was just a little easier to get out of by myself and that the belt buckle didn’t require so much grip strength, but all in all I’m really happy with it.

A little cumbersome
Bought this for my adult daughter in a wheelchair. I have to figure out how to make it a little more stable. I love the zip open flaps as we plan on using this during covid. It's a little big but overall I like it. If you're pushing a stroller or wheelchair with this on it it's difficult to see over it if you're not tall. It might be better if it was also clear in the back.

Works great!!
Have had for a couple of months now. My daughter has used this over her chair, over the kick-sled and going into buildings during this pandemic. The sledding was a bonus because she has a trache and cannot be out in the cold. This pod stays warm inside even when the temperature is below 32°. She has a large per-mobile wheelchair and this fits over it great! Best $$ I have spent in a long time!

We're returning it.
It's not big enough to fit over my wheelchair and doesn't work. Not to mention that most of my legs would still get wet sticking out the bottom. We're returning it.

Needs tent spray and pockets and silica gel for absorbing all the moisture fogging up the windows
The media could not be loaded. Size is almost perfect but it's hard to get in and out of and this material needs spray you need to tell people that tent waterproofing spray because it had water all in it it was soaking it up so I sprayed mine with the waterproofing and it's still leaked down in the bottom as you can tell it will take another 3rd sprayAnd I figured it'd have a pocket sewn into somewhere we could put things but there's none I actually wanted red chair pod but it didn't get here soon enough so I got the blue since I got it 3 days sooner it's better safe than sorry thanks Amazon
