Permatex81950 Ultra Slick Engine Assembly Lube, 4 oz. , Red

Not being a professional engine builder myself I wasn't sure how much I needed. To so much is the fact is I thought I had gotten too small of an amount will lo and behold this is the perfect amount perfect Price and it has like a red dye to it and very easy to see and this stuff is sticky you can put it anywhere it won't drip on your face LOL and it is like as hell very very impressed with this product and very happy I would buy it again and recommend it

The Slickest. Great stuff...used on M156 AMG

This product is very stringy, so make sure you plan to get some of it on you. Works great, and allows parts to glide together with ease while pressing together. Keeps moving parts adequately lubricated while waiting for oil to circulate entire engine. Usually I would hear a few seconds if whining or chatter after engine assembly at first start up, but with this product I heard none of that. Acted as if it already had oil resting inside the engine, and ran with the sound of the exhaust being the only thing heard. Highly recommend using this on your next engine build project.

This is the only assemble line to use. It’s thick and hangs on to the parts very well.

I have had slicker stuff than this.

Holds together loose parts until they're secured and lubes stuff up at first start when there's no oil around. Pretty happy with all Permatex stuff I've bought and this fits right in that boat with their Loctite and silicone gasket maker.
