Extremely high quality - these are real and well kept. Date of inspection wasn't exactly as listed (listed as 2026 DOI, these were mid-2025 DOI) but didn't hurt the quality one bit. Menus may vary a bit from what's listed, but that's a known thing with MRE cases if you've ever bought one. Best price I've seen for these too - extremely good deal here.

Meals were all in good condition, clearly stored properly. Unfortunately, there were manufacturing defects in 3/4 of my meals that rendered components unusable or inedible.

Every household should have at least one case. Work great for emergency use. Such as no power for days.

Fast delivery, undamaged, and fresh packing date. The freshness indicator was good and year packed was late 2021, due for inspection in 2024. For this price, great deal! Case A menu does not include breakfast. I like this menu because it’s familiar entrees that do not repeat. I taste tested and it was fresh. These genuine US MRE’s are definitely the way to go for emergency food. MRE’s are engineered for warriors engaging in physically demanding activities so they require lots of calories. You will gain a ton of weight eating these daily! Put one in your car, use for backpacking or store the case in a closet and forget about it. It will be good to eat for 5 more years.

I bought this case to supplement my emergency preparedness supplies. I took it with me to go see my son and his roommates. I thought it would be a fun treat to let them try one. Between the four of us, that would leave 8. But then I took a nap. (I work nights.) When I woke up, there were two left. Well, guess I need to order another one for my supplies. The boys were all very impressed. I was too.

The freshness indicator looked good; the contents were packaged nicely with no damage; and the price was decent for a full Case A 1-12 menu. I can’t explain it, but opening one of these is like opening a present—plus, you get the flameless heaters! Wow. I mostly bought these for outdoor activities like hunting, fishing, camping, and long car trips. They should last awhile if properly stored. I bought the HDRs for the storm shelter but may switch to Cold Weather MREs due to shelf life, however, I will probably throw a few of these in the shelter, too. Sweet.
